CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation charges are applicable as per rules on every request for booking cancellation
- Non-refundable clause is applicable to some bookings; while certain booking cannot be cancelled partially as per policy
- Request for cancellation can be made through toll-free number 12345 or via message on Live Chat to our Customer Care Executive
- Amendment Charges vary and depend on the Airline policy contingent upon flight timings and booking class
- For cancellation requests within 24-hours of Journey, Customers are requested to call us for refund
- For cancellation request for reasons including flight postponement for over 3 hours, Customers are requested to contact Customer Care.
Notification of delays and cancellations

REFUND
- Processing of refunds will be implemented as per rules; and such refunds once approved shall be payable to customers upon their receipt with us from the Airlines
- Customers must intimate us regarding cancellations immediately for us to initiate the refund process with Airlines
- Once received, the refund will be credited in the same account, debit/credit card used by Customer at the time of booking
- In case of any promotional discount availed at the time of booking, the same is liable to be claimed back by the Airline at the time of cancellation of partially utilized tickets
