We are a travel agency offering quality services to our customers as per their exact needs. Our policy guidelines mandate us with responsibilities include resolution of customers’ demands including booking of tickets, facilitating stay & lodging on demand besides providing travel insurance consultancy. We reserve the right to upgrade our policies to factor in any future requirement in line with our aim to serve you better always. All new amendments would be intimated to our customers here.

We request you to go through our Terms and Conditions document, which encapsulates following provisions:-

• Fares are applicable for weekdays, and are dynamically changeable without any prior notice
• Expenses relate to availability of seats and are contingent upon confirmation of tickets
• List of expenses is inclusive of fee and all other taxes

TERMS OF THE AIRLINES

• We act as a facilitator and the Airlines tickets available on the Website are strictly subject to terms and conditions of the airline concerned, including but not limited to cancellation and refund policies.
• The Contract of Service is strictly between the User and the Airline concerned.
• Airline reserves the right to reschedule flight timings, route changes or cancellation of flight without prior intimation.  
• Different features and or restrictions may apply on different tickets on the same airline.
• Baggage allowance is the sole discretion of the airline concerned. Booking flow includes “hand baggage fares” which entails separate user charges from airline to airline and does not entitle the user for free check-in-baggage.

PRICING

Prices displayed on website include base fare, applicable government taxes besides convenience fee. Full booking amount is to be paid before the confirmation of booking, failing which we reserve the right to cancel the booking (s). Statutory taxes, surcharges and fees are applicable as in force on date of travel.

The upper age limit to claim Infant fares is 24 months for entire itinerary i.e. both onward and return journeys. In case the child is above 24 months of age, child fare as applicable on the date would be charged.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

• The applicant must be in possession of all legal and valid travel documents at the time of application for booking which include passport, VISA (including transit VISA), identity proofs and other document required by law. Any and every deficiency in travel documents would entail cancellation and would solely be binding upon the applicant.
• The list of travel documents provided by us is suggestive and is not final in any way. The user must check for any additional document if required by the airlines concerned.

CHECK IN TERMS

• Check in for domestic flights commences 2 hours prior while for out of country flights the check in time is 3 hours before departure. Fliers are advised to confirm these timings with the airline concerned to avoid last minute rush.
• Fliers are cautioned to carry all necessary documentation required by authorities including valid identity and age proofs including that of infants.

USE OF FLIGHT SEGMENTS

• Failure to fly would automatically follow with the entire PNR cancellation, and there would be no obligation on part of the facilitator to provide alternate booking. Cancellation penalty, as applicable, would be borne by the applicant.

CHANGES TO EXISTING BOOKING

• Amendments/Changes made on request of the applicant will attract charges as applicable by respective airline. Service charge on this change would be levied as per rules and policy of the facilitator.
